Employee burnout is one of the leading causes of increased staff turnover and declining productivity in companies. Replacing a mid-level specialist costs a company anywhere from 50% to 200% of that employee’s annual salary, taking into account recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and lost productivity during the transition period.
